Let us Continue our series on 'Judgments' in the 'days of Noah and Lot' since April 25, 2018, and continuing until all is posted for our learning on 'judgments', past, present, and, future. [Acts 17:11; James 1:20-25] Let the Holy Spirit 'interpret' to you, where you are in your life and circumstances, as only He can do. [John 14:26] Never, ever forget the 'symbol' of God's Love. Being honest and observing from around the world, you tell me, do the same conditions exist in our world today? [Refer to the posts since April 25, 2018] Does anything 'proceed' from the 'mind of man', no matter 'the status or station in life', generally speaking, that is not in some manner, 'deceitful', 'self-centered', 'conniving', untrustworthy', perverse - totally anti-God and His Word? Is not the 'creative imagination' always coming forth with 'anti-God' movies, schemes, plans,politics, and theories, in all the different government programs and organizations, philosophies, education, medicine, business and commerce, recreation, etc.? What in any of it, causes you to 'desire', to 'want to' think of God?? What causes you to 'fear the Lord', 'reverence Him'? Remember, we are being honest, especially with ourselves, and, what we 'choose' to spend our time, energies, resources upon in any given day. Take a close look, first within ourselves, then, take a look around you? What do you see, if not a world full of unbridled evil, corruption, violence of all types, from all levels of civilization, sexual immorality, even the ever expanding 'pedophilia'!!??? All, totally in contradiction to the revealed purpose through, the Word of God. Oh, my! I have absolutely no doubt but that we are truly living in that time which Jesus prophesied about, before He returns. A time when the world would be in the same state as in the days of Noah and Lot. [Genesis 5:29; 6:9; 6:11-29; 7:1-8:19; 8:20-22; 9:8-17;NOAH -Genesis 19:1-11; 15-23; LOT.] God's Spirit is still striving with man, to convict him of sin and to convince him to turn himself/herself to Christ Jesus and obey Him and keep His Word of commandments. [John 16:8-11] Are these 'listed actions' the actions of 'self-less 'Love'? [1 Corinthians 13, God's Love in Us, and, Out of Us, through the Holy Spirit [John 15; Galatians 5] Or, are all these actions the result of 'hearts of sin'? [Galatians 5; James 1; 4:1-11; 5:1-6; 16-20] For it is written, 'Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted with evil and He Himself tempts no one; but each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire. Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin; and sin when it is full-grown brings forth death.' [James 1:13-15] audio-bible.com/bible/bible.html Oh, it is 'terror' not to have the Holy Spirit, 'whispering in your spirit', bujt, being silent, absent.' If you are in this way, it is time for you to head into the 'training', the 'discipline', the 'habit of 'silence and solitude'. It is time for you to drop everything, to get right with God. Without the Holy Spirit indwelling you, and not 'striving with you', you are near - the cliff of 'damnation'. It is a miserable, terrible place to be. Do not ponder, but, get right with God if you are 'relaxed', 'content' in your sinful nature and way. Do not relent, until you have the 'proof' in your very spirit, 'crying out in the spirit', Abba, Father, save me!! Please'. For you see, God is not 'fooled'. His patience and the current 'reprieve' will not go on forever and ever, as it is written, at Genesis 6:3 'My spirit shall not always strive with man.' ... God will give everyone a chance to turn to Him with all their hearts, but if they choose to ignore the 'grace of God', through the promptings of the Holy Spirit, WITH THE 'UNEASY CONSCIENCE', that 'sense' of 'knowing something is just not 'right'; [John 16:12-15; Romans 8:14; 16, 26]; and the warnings and directions from God's Word, [Acts 20:22-23], THEN, His Spirit will be withdrawn. [Romans Chapter 1] The Holy Spirit can be grieved, quenched, and resisted. ['grieving the Holy Spirit', Psalm 78:40; Isaiah 63:10; Ephesians 4:30; 'quenching the Holy Spirit', 1 Thessalonians 5:19; 'resisting the Holy Spirit', Acts 7:51] audio-bible.com/bible/bible.html YOU nor I, WE DO NOT WANT TO BE THERE! FOR REAL! When God 'withdraws' His influence in a person's life; a family; a nation; a civilization - then, true will the verse become that says ... 'He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.' (Revelation 22:11) ... Once the door to mercy is closed, they who are holy will remain holy, and they who are filthy will remain filthy. And, at God's appointed time, [KNOWN ONLY TO HIM, Matthew 24:36-44; 1 Thessalonians 5:1-3; 2 Peter 3:10; Revelation 3:3]. the 'promised judgment' shall be so, and, there will be no escape, just like in the days of Noah and Lot. [Matthew 25; Luke 16:19-31] REMEMBER, IT WILL ONLY BE - THOSE WHO REFUSE GOD'S GRACE, WHO WILL SUFFER. GOD'S JUDGMENT of 'WRATH'.
